How can I create a process owner role to ensure the timings are being followed?


I’m not sure if I’m having trouble finding this information or if it’s not available.

Is there any role or area in the platform that allows a user to see the number of forms submitted and their status but not the submissions’ content?

This role would act as a process owner or something like that, ensuring the follow-up of every complaint on time. This may also be necessary for internal audits, for example.
