Is there a way to disable the Submission overview in admin interface?



Is here a way to disable the following view in the admin interface:


I am asking, as business is set up with a seperate set of people working with the content as recipients, and with a specific team of administrators, that means that Admins will be able to see if something comes in, and in which contexts submissions are created. Though they will not be able to see what the content is, they are still able to see that something has been submitted, which they shouldn’t.


@mryber: Actually in the threat modeling of GlobaLeaks recipients are trusted users limited in the capabilities to administrative tasks. Submissions and Files tabs are intended to provide administrator the possibility to advide users on the reception of materials.

We will keep you suggestion in mind (if you like open a ticket on github for further improvements.


@evilaliv3: Hmm okay, thanks for the reply, but if users (recipients) are advised through e-mail notifications - for our setup, it is not the administrators task to inform the recipients for incoming submissions, the recipients will be notified by e-mail whenever new material, or updates to existing submissions has happended.

I’ll take it up with our business to hear what their thoughts are.
