When applying update to 3.9.9 the following appears! I thought it was an Ubuntu 18.04 issue and downgrading to Ubuntu 16.04 - with the same result.
When I fresh install Globaleaks, I get Version 3.9.8 and not 3.9.9.

Ouch! The installation is complete but GlobaLeaks failed to start.
